Run OmicVerse/OmicOS bioinformatics
analyses from inside DeepSeek Harness.
The dsh agent keeps the wheel; this plugin gives it a persistent Python kernel
(scanpy / omicverse / R) plus the catalog of analysis skills that OmicOS ships.
