dsh-peak-cost-mode

DeepSeek 峰谷计价省钱插件，适用于 DeepSeek Harness（DSH）：高峰计价时段（北京时间 09:00–12:00、14:00–18:00，价格 ×2）自动切换 caveman 超精简输出 省输出 token，标题栏徽章 + 切换 toast 随时告知当前档位。

功能

自动监测 —— 每 30 秒按北京时间（UTC+8，无夏令时）对照 DeepSeek V4 峰谷时刻表：

高峰省流 —— 高峰期间注入「高峰省流模式」提示段：要求模型以 caveman 超精简风格回复（去客套/铺垫/填充词，代码、命令、API 名、路径、精确错误信息、数字一律原样保留；安全警告与不可逆操作确认永不压缩）。

切换提醒 —— 每次档位切换弹 toast：

- 低谷 → 高峰：「梁文锋来了，少说话多做事。」
- 高峰 → 低谷：「梁文谷来了，一切正常。」

常驻状态徽章 —— 会话标题栏右侧（会话日志按钮左侧）：高峰红底「高峰 ×2 · 省流中」，低谷绿底「低谷 ×1」；悬停显示完整信息（窗口/倍率/北京时间/下次切换）。点击徽章打开收益报告。

省流收益计量（0.2.0） —— 高峰期间拦截每一次流式模型调用（llm/stream），按模型记录真实 token 用量（输
