DeepSeek API 额度血条插件 for DeepSeek Harness (dsh) web GUI：
右下角悬浮卡片，血条直观显示「余额 / 本月额度」，并展示今日与本月使用量（官方数据优先）。

A floating bottom-right widget for the dsh web GUI: a blood-bar of your remaining
DeepSeek API balance vs the month-opening balance, plus today's and this month's
spend (official platform data when configured).

功能 Features

🩸 血条：剩余比例 = 当前余额 / 月初余额快照（≥50% 绿 / ≥20% 橙 / <20% 红）

📅 今日/本月使用量：配置 DEEPSEEK_PLATFORM_TOKEN 后为官方精确数据；未配置时自动降级为余额差值估算

💬 当前对话费用：按官方价格表（含峰谷定价）对会话日志计价，含安装前历史

🖱️ 可拖动：按住卡片任意位置拖动，位置持久化（localStorage）

🪟 透明背景：不遮挡视野

📉 可折叠：一键折叠为只显示血条的迷你卡，再点展开

🌗 跟随浅色/深色主题

⏱️ 余额每 60s 自动刷新，支持手动刷新
