China-network bootstrap for DeepSeek Harness (dsh): one command that tells you why installs are slow or broken and what to do about it.

It probes the endpoints that matter to a dsh user in mainland China — npm registry, npmmirror, GitHub, raw.githubusercontent, Hugging Face, Gitee — plus common local proxy ports (127.0.0.1:7897 / 10809), reads your current npm/pnpm registry config, and returns concrete rec
